In order to utilize your blower most effciently, proper system design (and of course
blower use) is essential. The following few items are emphasized:
- the importance of the use of air flters;
-
the use of proper pipe materials capable of withstanding high exhaust
temperatures;
- the application of relief valves set at a value at least 5 % lower than the maxi-
mum differential pressure capability of the blower;
- friction losses greatly depend on pipe diameters, therefore piping, plumbing,
elbows, T-adapters etc. are recommended to be one diameter larger than the
blower port.
Always use the blower according to the operation manual! The blower can only
deliver clean air free of any kind of foreign objects and fuids! It is prohibited to install
the blower without motor protection and to operate it without any air transport!
A fúvórendszer megfelelő megtervezése (és természetesen rendeltetésszerű hasz-
nálata) kulcsfontosságú. Néhány elemet kiemelünk az alábbiakban:
- levegőszűrő használatának fontossága;
- a magas kilépő hőmérsékletnek megfelelő csőanyag használata;
- az elérhető maximális differenciál nyomásnál legalább 5 %-kal kisebb értékre
beállított biztonsági szelep használata;
- a csősúrlódási veszteség nagyban függ a csőátmérőktől, ezért a csövezést és
az idomokat a csonkmérethez képest egy átmérővel célszerű növelni.
A fúvót mindig a kezelési útmutatóban foglaltak szerint használja! A fúvó csak tiszta
levegőt szállíthat, abba bárminemű idegen anyag, folyadék nem kerülhet! Tilos a
fúvót motorvédelem nélkül beépíteni és légszállítás nélkül járatni!

All the performance curves in this catalogue refer to air having 15 °C temperature
and atmospheric pressure. Performance variations on the characteristic curves are
within +/- 10 %. The blowers’ maximum indicated pressure or vacuum capabilities
are valid up to an intake and ambient temperature of 25 °C.
A katalógusban szereplő összes teljesítménygörbe 15 °C hőmérsékletű, légköri nyo-
mású levegőre vonatkozik, és hibahatára +/- 10 %-on belül van. A fúvók jelzett ma-
ximális nyomás- ill. vákuumképessége 25 °C beszívott ill. környezeti hőmérsékletig
érvényes.
